What’s the difference between the 5%, 10%, and 15% subscription discounts?
The discount depends on your minimum commitment:
- 5% off – 2-month minimum
- 10% off – 6-month minimum
- 15% off – 12-month minimum
The longer you commit, the more you save.
Can I change what's in my subscription?
Yes! Just log into your customer account (or create a new one if you don't have one) and then there will be an option to swap the product(s) in your order.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes of course! After the agreed minimum period, just log into your customer account (or create a new one if you don't have one) and then there will be an option to cancel your subscription.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! Just log into your customer account (or create a new one if you don't have one) and then you can pause your subscription.
What if I select a seasonal or limited edition beer?
Seasonal and limited edition beers are brewed in small batches, so these will eventually run out.
If you’ve selected one of these beers for subscription, don’t worry – we’ll get in touch to offer you a suitable swap or let you choose something else from our range.
