We book all orders for next day courier collection if you order before 4pm, Monday - Thursday.

Orders will therefore usually arrive with you in 2 working days. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday you will receive your order on Tuesday. Sometimes it can take a little longer so please allow up to 3 working days before getting in touch.

Due to the nature of our products, all cases are non-refundable unless defective in which case we will send a replacement or a full refund.

If we are unable to deliver a package to your chosen delivery address, it will be returned to us. We will process a refund for the cost of the goods but we cannot refund the shipping cost.

Stroud Brewery cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to your orders once it has been delivered.
