Job Function:


This role will help achieve the ambitious sales targets of Stroud Brewery by administering web sales, and supporting On & Off trade sales activities.

Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Administer web sales 
  • Dealing with orders received via our webshop, e-mail, telephone & third party platforms, and staff orders.
  • Organising external couriers for webshop orders
  • Maintaining the product listings on our webshop
    • Managing discount codes used through website
    • Adding and updating products on our brewery management system - Breww
  • Maintaining the product listings on 3rd party online platforms, and processing webshop orders and resolving any queries
  • Reply to product and service reviews, and complaints
  • Support On & Off Trade sales: telesales, events
  • As required, attend department meeting to represent the sales team
  • Develop subscription and corporate offers to increase sales
  • Providing cover for sales team for holiday/sickness
    • Taking customer orders
    • Arranging trade deliveries and logistics

Administration

  • Answering incoming enquiries and providing exceptional customer service: via email & live chat on the website
  • Ordering of clothing & merchandise
  • Raising Farmers Market invoices & reconciling to takings
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required
