Stroud Brewery Run Club – Terms & Conditions
By taking part in the Stroud Brewery Run Club, you agree to the following:
1. Participation is voluntary
All participants join the run club at their own risk. Stroud Brewery does not accept responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of participation.
2. Health & fitness
By attending, you confirm that you are fit, healthy, and able to take part in physical activity. If you have any concerns, please check with a medical professional before joining.
3. Personal responsibility
Runners are responsible for their own safety at all times. This includes:
- Following the planned route (or choosing your own responsibly)
- Being aware of traffic, pedestrians, and surroundings
- Wearing suitable clothing and footwear
- Bringing water or any essentials you may need
4. Group running etiquette
We’re here for a good time, not a fast time (unless you want both). Please:
- Be respectful to other runners and members of the public
- Look out for one another where possible
- Stick to agreed meeting points and timings
5. Alcohol
If enjoying a post-run drink, please do so responsibly. Participation in the run itself should be alcohol-free.
6. Weather & cancellations
Runs may be adjusted or cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll always aim to give as much notice as possible, but safety comes first.
7. Photography & social media
We may occasionally take photos or videos during run club for use on our website or social media. By attending, you consent to this. If you’d prefer not to be included, just let us know.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stroud Brewery excludes liability for any injury, loss, or damage suffered in connection with the run club.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
