Do I need to print my ticket?

No - your booking confirmation email on your phone is your ticket. Advance tickets will also be held on a name list at the door.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

Yes, if we haven’t sold out. Advance tickets are recommended and include priority queue jump if we reach venue capacity.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes - tickets are transferable. Please make sure the person attending has the ticket confirmation email and can provide the original ticket holder’s name on the door.

What time does the festival open and close?

Friday: 4pm-midnightSaturday: 10am-1amSunday: 10am-7pm

What happens if the venue reaches capacity?

Entry may be temporarily paused until space becomes available. Advance ticket holders will receive priority queue access.

Can I leave and come back later?

Yes - re-entry is allowed. If you leave the venue, you may need to queue again on return. Advance ticket holders receive priority queue access.

Can I collect my wristband ahead of time?

Yes - we recommend collecting your wristband in advance where possible. Wristbands can be collected from the brewery bar before the event. Please enquire at the bar.

How do I access the festival?

There are two festival entrances:- Main entrance via the business park- Canal path entrance

What’s included with an advance ticket?

One free Stroud Brewery pint or draught soft drink is included with advance tickets purchased before Wednesday 3rd June. The drink can be redeemed during the festival weekend from Friday 5th-Sunday 7th June.

What happens after Wednesday 3rd June?

Advance tickets purchased after Wednesday 3rd June will not include a free pint, but will still receive priority queue jump if there is a queue.

How does the Friday + Saturday bundle offer work?

Friday + Saturday bundle tickets include one free pint total, not one per day.

Is the festival family friendly?

Yes - all ages are welcome until 7pm each day.

What happens after 7pm?

7pm is a hard stop for under 18s. After this time, the event becomes strictly 18+ only and everyone remaining in the venue must hold or purchase a valid ticket. Tickets can be purchased inside the venue from our ticketing team if needed.

Will ID be required?

Yes - Challenge 25 will be in operation. Please bring valid photo ID.

Will there be food available?

Yes - we’ll have a range of street food vendors and brewery kitchen options available throughout the festival.

Can I bring my own food or drink?

No outside food or drink is permitted, except baby food or items required for medical reasons.

Are there vegan and gluten-free options?

Yes - there will be vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free food and drink options available.

Is card payment accepted?

Yes - card and contactless payments are accepted across the venue.

Is the event indoors?

Yes - the festival is fully indoors, so the weather won’t stop the music or the beer flowing.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes - both the first and second floors are accessible.

Are there accessible toilets?

Yes - accessible facilities are available on site.

Is parking available?

Yes - parking is free, but spaces are limited. If you can bus, walk, taxi, cycle or car share, that’s hugely appreciated.

Is there overflow parking?

Yes - there’s an overflow car park at the entrance to the business park, with additional parking available throughout the business park.

Is there bike parking?

Yes - we encourage cycling where possible and have a bike rack available in the car park. Please note bikes cannot be stored in the garden area.

What music can I expect?

Expect a joyful mix of live bands, DJs and proper festival energy across the weekend.

Will there be seating available?

Yes, though seating is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Will there be security checks?

Yes - there will be bag checks on entry for everyone’s safety.

What items are prohibited?

No illegal substances, weapons or outside alcohol are permitted. Security reserves the right to refuse entry.

Will security be present?

Yes - security staff will be operating throughout the event to keep things safe, welcoming and running smoothly.
