Stroud Brewery Digital Loyalty Scheme – Terms and Conditions

Introduction

The Stroud Brewery Digital Loyalty Scheme (“the Scheme”) is a promotional programme operated by Stroud Brewery Ltd (“the Company”) for customers making eligible purchases on-site. The Scheme provides digital stamp-based rewards on selected products.

By participating in the Scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

General Scheme Information

The Scheme is operated by Stroud Brewery Ltd, Stroud, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom.

The Scheme is administered via the Company’s electronic point-of-sale system provided by Zonal Retail Data Systems Ltd.

The Scheme is valid for purchases made in the Stroud Brewery taproom only and does not apply to online purchases, events, or third-party stockists.

The Scheme applies only to qualifying purchases and is strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Participation is non-transferable.

The Company may amend, suspend or withdraw the Scheme, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary for operational, commercial or legal reasons.

The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate participation where it reasonably believes that the Scheme is being misused, including but not limited to fraudulent activity or abuse of the offer.

Participation in any alcohol-related element of the Scheme is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or over.

Digital Stamp Rewards

The Scheme operates via digital stamp cards. No physical cards are issued.

Each digital stamp card operates independently. Stamps cannot be combined, transferred, or used across different offers.

Applies exclusively to pints of Stroud Brewery beer.

One digital stamp is issued per qualifying pint purchased. Multiple stamps may be issued within a single transaction where multiple qualifying pints are purchased.

The free pint must be a Stroud Brewery beer and will be of equal or lesser value than the lowest-priced qualifying pint previously purchased within that stamp card.

2. Hot Drinks Stamp Offer

Applies exclusively to eligible hot drinks as determined by the Company.

One digital stamp is issued per qualifying purchase. Multiple stamps may be issued within a single transaction where multiple qualifying drinks are purchased.

Upon accumulation of nine (9) stamps, the tenth (10th) hot drink is free.

The free item will be of equal or lesser value than the lowest-priced qualifying item previously purchased within that stamp card.

Seasonal and Promotional Offers

From time to time, the Company may introduce additional or seasonal promotions under the Scheme (“Promotional Offers”).

All Promotional Offers are subject to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any Promotional Offer where reasonably necessary.

Accrual and Redemption Conditions

Customers must present their digital loyalty QR code at the point of purchase to collect stamps and redeem rewards.

Digital stamps are issued automatically at the point of sale via the Company’s till system. Stamps cannot be applied retrospectively.

Rewards must be redeemed in accordance with the Scheme mechanics as presented at the point of sale.

Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

All rewards are subject to availability.

The Company reserves the right to introduce expiry periods for stamps or rewards in the future.

System Availability and Liability

The Scheme is dependent on the availability and functionality of the Company’s digital systems, including those provided by third-party suppliers.

The Company shall not be liable for any inability to earn stamps, redeem rewards, or otherwise participate in the Scheme where such inability arises from system outages, technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

During any period of system outage or unavailability, stamps may not accrue and rewards may not be redeemable. While the Company will aim to minimise disruption, retrospective adjustments cannot be guaranteed.

Data Protection and Communications

Stroud Brewery Ltd will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Personal data will be handled securely, will not be sold to third parties, and will only be used for communications where consent has been provided. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

General

The Company reserves the right to request proof of eligibility, including age verification, prior to issuing or redeeming rewards.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
